Postage and Handling Costs: At Hstore Hobbies we don't believe we should pass hidden postage and handling costs on to walk-in customers which is why we have to include Postage and Handling charges to all "mail orders". The "mail order" process involves a number of steps: * Careful packaging of items using quality protective materials * Inclusion of itemised Receipt * Clear and correct labelling with receiver and sender's details * Recording of despatched articles * Registration of posted articles (providing $100 insurance cover) * Personal delivery to the Australia Post despatch depot or * Personal collection by Fastway Courier We constantly review our despatch arrangements to ensure that we keep packaging, handling and postage costs to an absolute minimum.

Standard Postage & Handling Costs: Hobby items range in size from minute radio crystals to 2 metres tall cartons. Delivery destinations are just as diverse from local suburbs to outback towns on the opposite side of Australia. These variations make it impossible to publish standard postage or freight costs.
Minimum Post & Handling Charge = $7.50 (Crystals $5)

		Fastway Couriers Parcels OVER 105cm Long

Registered Post	All articles despatched via Australia Post are REGISTERED.
	A * Unique identification number for every article * Proof of posting when lodged at the post office * Signature obtained on delivery * Insurance cover of up to $100 included
